Refund Policy

Every product sold by MBS Ebooks is a non-tangible digital ebook delivered instantly by email and download link. Because the file is transferred to you immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are considered final once the download has been accessed.
That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. The limited refund window below explains when we will issue a refund.
Pre-purchase acknowledgement
By completing checkout you confirm that you understand you are buying a digital download, that delivery begins immediately after payment, and that — outside of the specific cases listed below — the purchase is not eligible for a refund.
14-day limited refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your order date if any of the following applies:
- The file you received is corrupted or won't open.
- You were sent the wrong product.
- You have not yet downloaded the file (we can verify this from our delivery logs).
- The product was materially not as described on the product page.
After the file has been successfully downloaded, or after 14 days have passed, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund except where required by applicable consumer law.
How to request a refund
Refunds for purchases made through MBS Ebooks are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. You have two ways to request one:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Email us at support@mbsebookmarketplace.com with your order reference and a brief description of the issue.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the money to appear in your account.
